Sharing my stories

Where I started (2012)

5 feet tall. Under 80 lbs. No period for more than a year. Living with eating disorders. I believed “skinny” = healthy. But inside I was weak, insecure, and constantly at war with my body.

The Search (2013-2018)

I went to university to study Nutritional Science—desperate to “fix” my eating disorder by understanding food. I worked out, did Pilates, tried every class. I even completed a Master’s researching metabolic disorders. Knowledge grew, but confidence didn’t.

THE SETBACK (2019-2021)

Moved to San Diego for my PhD. Had ovary cyst surgery → lost all my muscle. No diet plan. No workouts. Back to super skinny. Then Covid hit. I gained fat. Tried random workouts without structure. Built some muscle… but still felt stuck, unsatisfied, and lost.

Where I am now (2022-present)

Today, I stand stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever. – Sculpted curves (booty + hourglass shape) – Energy stable, PMS symptoms reduced – Consistency without punishment – Love + respect for my body (and food!)
